Sore

Another day.  I took Collin on the walk with me today so he would stop getting in trouble.  It was good.  He got his one on one attention.  We walked 1.5 miles in 28 minutes.  Slower than yesterday but I think I might just be sore from the attempted run yesterday.

Am I supposed to be doing this everyday or everyother day? I cheated yesterday and didn't go because Melody kept me up the previous night and I just ended up in bed

You can do it either way! I would actually do my cardio every day and weight lift every other day depending on the muscle group. Since walking/jogging is a full body workout, you can't really rest certain groups. If your body starts complaining that it's too much, cut it back a bit. I would however suggest that you shoot for at least 4 days a week. :)
