Gain

I do know that I need to fix my eating habits.  However since I have been walking and "jogging" for a week now, why is that I have gained two pounds.  That is just several levels of not nice.  I can not wait for school to start.  It is a controlled environment where I can not look at a fridge and I eat healthier for at least two meals of the day.

Also am I supposed to be doing this everyday?  I have been but last night I cheated and didn't because a special three old has not been letting me sleep.  So last night I skipped out on the venture.

You will gain muscle first. Muscle wieghs more than fat. Once you gain muscle, you will start burning fat easier. Its a crazy cycle. Don't get discouraged! It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing. And 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Don't give up, you got this!

When I first started out this year, my weight was a roller coaster for almost 2 months. It can be super discouraging at times but what matters is what's going on in your body, not the number on that scale. I lost inches but not pounds for a whole month. It's a process, slower than most of us would like, but one we need to stick with!

Also, You don't HAVE to do it every night but I'd suggest at least 4 nights a week if you're not too sore. And if you're getting really sore, make sure you're taking extra time to stretch longer afterward. :)
