slowly

I am getting better.  Slowly..... I decided to do a short distance wog.  1 mile and that was it.  My goal was under 15 minutes.  Knowing that it would only be a mile of torture, I pushed my lungs and was a able to do one mile in 12 minutes and 56 seconds.  I wanted to keel over but my body didn't hurt.  I just need to get these lungs in a better breathing pattern.  Slowly....

good for you - wish it was warm enough to walk here - getting cabin fever and bored with the treadmill.

Way to go!!! It's all about finding a good pace and learning how to breathe right along with it. I personally try to breathe in 2 steps and out 2 steps. that's how I try to keep it regulated :)
