Final Of DOOM

Classes are done! Well for three weeks anyways. I am in the process of combining forces with some class mates to put in a formal complaint about a teacher. (yes this is the teacher who says books are not interesting to kids). Her final was appalling and lowered my class grade a whole letter. I sent the following letter out to some classmates, hoping we can figure out something.
Dear Cohort 14,
I am highly concerned about the exam that we just took. Yes, getting a bad grade I am one to complain. But I think this time if I had a good grade on this it would have been sheer luck. Is there anything we can do about this test? Most of the questions were opinionated, words spelled badly, answer options messed up, or questions written so confusing, it was easy to get lost. For example:

Multiple choice, standardized assessment tests have been criticized for all the following EXCEPT:

a. measuring continued progress and knowledge
b. being culturally-biased
c. not providing opportunities for problem solving
d. assuming that teaching and learning are “one size fits all” activities f. only “b and “d”

First of all, the standardized tests have been criticized by WHO?, I have heard teachers say all of these answers. Secondly if I wanted to answer letter F., I can't because it is part of letter D. Thirdly what happened to letter E? At least 6 of my questions were jacked up with the answers all screwy and I am not going to go off on the spelling errors.

No, I did not do the extra credit which would have made up for this test. But if you are feeling confident in a class and do rather well, why should you feel that you need extra credit for a test that you studied hard for and felt confident about? (that is of course til after you took it)
Is there anything that can be done? Did anyone score high on this test and if there are a lot of people who scored high, then maybe I am in the complete wrong here.

Hopefully I will get a response and we will figure out something. If everyone did well on this test instead of me, I am going to feel rather sheepish.
