Dinner

I want to cook Cornish game hen's for the Valentine's dinner at the church Valentine party. Yes, I could look up a recipe on the internet but I want a recipe I know works. Anybody cook one of these before with a recipe that makes you say WOW?

yeah - JW cooked some in his smoker/grill a few weeks ago. He just seasoned them with some lemon-pepper and cooked them for 30 minutes on high then smoked them for 30 minutes. and they were delicious and crispy and moist and even though I thought I would only eat half of one, before I knew it, I had ate the whole thing.

Ordinarily, I just stuff them with dressing and bake them in the oven like baby turkeys - they are good but kind of boring.
